About
Born in 1984. From 2003 to 2009 I carried out undergraduate studies at the University of Gothenburg, mainly in Theoretical Philosophy, Practical Philosophy and General Linguistics. My essay for the B.A. was titled "Universals and Predication - Some Remarks on a Quinean (Dis)solution" (supervised by prof. Helge Malmgren), and my essay for the M.A. was titled "Truthmaking, Propositions and Aboutness" (supervised by prof. Dag Westerståhl). Since June 2010, I am a Doctoral Student at the University of Uppsala.
Most areas of philosophy interest me, but my own specialization is in contemporary analytic metaphysics and (to some extent) the philosophy of language. I have worked on truthmaker theory, the problem of universals, the problem of individuation, as well as the ontological status of propositions and Frege's puzzle. In practical philosophy, metaethics and the theory of value are of particular interest to me.
